Project Planning and Scheduling
 The
project plan is prepared at the end of the project initiation phase. The
project plan consists of the details and break down of the activities
along with the deadlines and owner of each activity.
The Standard configuration management tool is used to maintain all the
configurable items such as, project documentation, project code and
project coding standard documentation.
Generally, projects have a certain target or a point in time in which
they must be accomplished. We closely monitor the timeline, manage
corrective actions, scope and change controls toward the successful
completion of the project.
